A co-worker's husband is the cook for our hospital, and i finally snagged his penne a la vodka recipe! it's to die for! (depending on portion sizes, this might feed more than 8.)

Steps

Add ingredients in order listed to medium saucepan over medium heat.

Gradually increase heat as needed , and stir constantly.

Once sauce is warm , add parmesan.

---

Cook penne according to package directions.

---

Continue stirring until hot.

---

Pour over warm penne.

---

Add more parmesan if wanted.
