Baked Cheese And Spinach Slk Fel Kousha

I found this recipe on an algerian recipe website -- combines cheese, meat, and spinach -- looks yummy! personally, i would add more cheese, but then again, i love cheese :)

Steps

---

Cook spinach in small amount of water for 3 minutes.

Drain and press out excess liquid.

---

Heat oil in pan , add onion and meat.

---

Stir fry , adding salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

---

Add water and spinach and cook for additional 5 minutes.

---

Put mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.

---

Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
