Metzger's Spaghetti Sauce

I decided to make my own sauce because all the sauces i got in the store and at resturats was too watery and didn't have much flavor. I got the idea for making the sauce from a movie called goodfellas". And it turned out great."

Steps

---

Combine crushed tomatoes , tomatoe paste and spices in a large pan and bring to a simmer.

In a skillet comine olive oil , minced garlic , diced onion and meat.

---

Cook until meat is done and onion is soft.

---

Add meat , onion , garlic , olive oil to simmering tomatoe sauce.

---

Let simmer for about 30 minutes.

---

Enjoy over spaghetti noodles.

crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic cloves, extra virgin olive oil, oregano, basil, italian seasoning, bay leaves, onion, italian sausage, black pepper
