Menfolk's Cornbread
I have traditionally served this alongside a big pot of chili, but it really goes well with a multitude of meals. it is hearty and filling and makes a great accompaniment whenever you serve it.
Steps
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Heat a well-greased 13x9-inch baking pan in a 400-degree oven for 3 minutes.
Pour batter into hot pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
Slice into squares and serve.

cornbread mix, sugar, oil, eggs, cream-style corn, cheese, onion, jalapeno peppers
