Delicous cookie to use in a press or with a cookie cutter. Taste like the cookies you buy at christmas!!
Steps
Sift flour and sugar into a bowl.
Mix the egg yolks , butter and extract in separate bowl.
Slowly add flour and sugar a bit a time , mixing the mixture with your finger.
Fource dough through a press or roll balls and flatten or make snakes onto grease trays.
Bake in a moderate oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Keep in air-tight container.
