Mbs Red Wine Vinaigrette

I'm not sure where my mom picked up this recipe, but it's one of her favorites... Enjoy!!

Whisk together all ingredients except the oils --.

Slowly add oils in a thin stream while stirring wine / mustard mixture.

Store in an airtight container.
