Mark's Super Low Fat Pancakes
This is my husband's wonderful recipe for pancakes. We often add chocolate chips or blueberries or a berry mix. Our kids love pancakes and like none more then the ones their dad makes!!
Steps
Beat the eggs until fluffy.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Heat griddle or skillet to 375 degrees.
Pour 1 / 4 cup batter onto hot griddle.
Cook both sides until golden brown.

egg whites, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, skim milk, brown sugar, applesauce, safflower oil, baking powder, salt
